RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return an order please notify us via email within 14 days of delivery, please then ensure that the item(s) are then delivered back to us within 28 days of the original delivery date. Complete the returns form included in your delivery or email us for a form.  Package your items carefully and return to Easy Street, 32 Bishopthorpe Road, York, YO231JL.

Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we recommend that you use Royal Mail or an equivalent signed for service and get a proof of postage. Please do not use Special Delivery before 9am as we do not open until 10am!
 
Clothing: All items must be unused and include the original packaging
with all tags attached. If you plan to return an item of clothing please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and / or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
Shoes: Footwear must be unworn and include the original undamaged packaging and tags. We recommend that you try your new shoes on inside as this will help keep them clean and returnable. If you do plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on. Please return the shoes in the original manufacturers box they were shipped in but do not tape, label or damage this box. Use a mailing bag or paper to cover the exterior of the shoebox. Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
 
Hardware:  Once a deck or other items of hardware have been assembled they cannot be returned or exchanged.
